On Saturday, Jackson's hockey team got to be the 'timbits' at our local hockey game... they played another initiation team, before the actual game started! Afterwards, they got a Tim Horton's hot chocolate and Timbits and then came to watch the big guys play! During the game, we spent a small fortune on concession food! Extreme craziness - hot dogs, burgers, popcorn, mini donuts and drinks!

Science Centre
On Thursday, I decided to do something fun with the boys and took them to the Science Centre, since they had no school this week. It really is a great place and has a lot of fun exhibits. It has changed quite a bit from last time we were there too... we then grabbed McDonald's for lunch and then I took them for much needed haircuts!

Just inside the door, there was a dinosaur station and the boys got to be paleontologists, brushing the dirt of the bones!
Next there's the wall where you need to connect the 'teeth' of the circles and get them all moving together...
Cole's gonna push the button too - note his very reflective boots :)
Ethan playing with the mirrors
Kid K'Nex - we have these things at home but it was so fun to have every piece you ever needed right at your fingertips!
Liam's creation...
Ethan concentrating!
Cole getting right in there!
Mommy & Cole
Jackson's spider... he noticed some 'blueprints' on the side of the table and used them! Well done!
A K'Nex carousel
Checking out the critters... Cole is very thrilled with the 'Bearded Dragon'
On the combine :)
Ethan driving the combine
Cole on the combine (the interior windows had moving fields, so it looked like you were really combining from inside!)
One day's worth of cow poop! (incase you wanted to know) The whole room was one week's worth :)
Self explanitory!

MEXICO!!!!
I had a great Mexican getaway with my hubby in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, February 3rd to 10th. We went to our time share resort @ Villa del Palmar - Villa del Arco and got an amazing seat sale on direct flights! We left here at 7am and were in Mexico by 10:30am! Too good to pass up! My mom flew in and watched the boys for us (gracias!) & it was much easier to leave them, knowing they were in such good care! Friends from our former town joined us and we had some fun adventures which you can check out on my travel blog. I still have more pictures to add, so be sure to keep checking back!
