On Sunday, we had our church picnic/BBQ and these were the pictures that I captured before my camera batteries died! I really wish there was some kind of signal on a camera to warn you that your batteries are getting low... like that annoying beep on a cordless phone maybe?! Anyways, we had a great afternoon with yet another spread of fabulous food (my 5th hamburger of the weekend I think), some great visiting with friends, the playground, the slide....
Just before we were about to pack up the lawn chairs etc, Ethan asked if he could go on the slide one more time, to which we agreed. A minute later, we realized that Liam had vanished and didn't see him on the playground... after looking WAY up, we saw that he had followed Ethan and was sitting at the top on a burlap sack! Hmmm! He was severely underage to be on his own but he came on down & was quite unimpressed when Miles collected him at the bottom!
