Buildin' a fence..

This past weekend we tore down the fence and started putting up a new one, between our place and the neighbors. The kids have had a great time running between yards - the first thing Jackson & Liam did, on Friday, was run for their sandbox! Our sandbox has four new bags of sand in it and theirs is almost empty but it kept their attention for quite awhile! Liam got to the sandbox and loaded up his arms with all their trucks and was getting ready to run! Too funny! The neighbors have three girls, so our stash of trucks is much more plentiful but once again... someone else's things are always more exciting! Thursday night was 'demo day' and Friday was the 'post hole digging day' - took a lot longer than anticipated because Miles ended up with a two hour wait at RONA. The neighbor and his father in law leveled the posts and poured concrete yesterday while Miles was at work... and it's been raining ever since! All we need to do now is put the boards on & build gates, so guess that's what will be happening throughout the week!
